About the project

HELGA Residential Complex is a modern multifunctional business class residential complex consisting of six 7-story buildings. The project concept is to create a comfortable space for living, working, and leisure. The complex includes cozy residential buildings with a height of 7 floors, commercial premises for infrastructure facilities, and a business center with office premises.

The architecture of the new building is designed in a modern style - with clear and concise forms, calm facade colors, enlarged window openings, and light balcony decorations. The apartments in the complex are also modern: spacious, ergonomic, with various layouts and room numbers, with large terraces, convenient balconies, or cozy loggias. HELGA Residential Complex is located on Knyahyni Olhy Street in the Frankivskyi district of Lviv. At the same time, the microdistrict where the complex is located has a powerful social and household infrastructure and convenient communication with the central part of the city. HELGA Residential Complex is about 7 km away from the center of Lviv, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by public transport in half an hour. Near the new building (250-400 m), there are public transport stops where more than 25 bus, tram, and minibus routes stop. It is convenient to reach transport hubs from the residential complex: about 15 minutes by car to the Lviv international airport, and about 20 minutes by car or direct minibus to the railway station.

Within a 5-minute walk from the new building, there are network supermarkets "Silpo" and "ATB", and within a radius of up to 1 km, there are numerous various shops and shopping centers where you can buy household goods, clothes, shoes, household appliances, furniture.

Within a 10-minute walk are three municipal kindergartens, a little further away (within a distance of up to 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car), five more childcare facilities operate. There are 6 secondary schools ready to accept school-age children, which are located within a distance of up to 1.5 km from the HELGA Residential Complex. Also, near the complex, there are many extracurricular education institutions: an art school, dance classes, various developmental circles, language courses, and so on.
