The cottage town "Bude Dim" is located in the suburb of Lviv, in the village of Pidbereztsi. A closed landscaped territory, guarded, small comfortable houses, a private service company - the town is maximally adapted for a peaceful and measured family life. The "Bude Dim" cottage town consists of only two dozen townhouses, so residents will find it easy to create a strong friendly community.

The town looks neat and stylish. Single-storey houses are built according to a single project, all of them have a light facade with combined cladding and lighting, sloping roofs, panoramic windows. For an additional fee, the developer arranges a canopy overhang, terrace, and parking space. Trees are planted on the common territory of the town, paths are laid out, and street lighting is installed.

The houses of the "Bude Dim" cottage town are built on a strip foundation with a "pillow", the walls and partitions are made of gas blocks, the facades are additionally insulated. The townhouses are equipped with electricity (10-15 kW) and water (from a well 20-50 m deep), sewage (septic tank), and internet connection. The heating system of the houses is based on the use of electric boilers and fireplaces.

Two bedrooms, one of which can be used as a study, a large kitchen-living room, a pantry, a separate bathroom, a terrace, a parking space for a car, as well as an attic, the space of which can also be used. The cottages are small, only 75 sq. m, so their maintenance will not greatly affect the residents' wallets.

Infrastructure

The village of Pidbereztsi, where the "Bude Dim" cottage town is located, has convenient connections to Lviv. It takes 30 minutes by car to reach the city center (18 km) and 20 minutes to reach the eastern outskirts (Lychakivskyi district, 13 km). Moreover, the road from Pidbereztsi to Lviv (H02 highway) has an exit to the Ring Road, which allows you to conveniently and quickly reach any part of the city. A suburban bus No. 223 runs between Pidbereztsi and Lviv, which goes to bus station No. 6. The stop is located 1.3 km from the town, so you can reach it in 15-20 minutes.

Near the "Bude Dim" town, there are all the necessary objects of social and household infrastructure. The nearest secondary school and kindergarten are about 1 km away (12 minutes on foot). More educational institutions operate in the neighboring town of Vynnyky (4 km) and in Lviv. Also in Vynnyky (10 minutes by car) there is a polyclinic, network supermarkets, beauty salons, bank branches, gyms, various cafes, and restaurants.
