LCD KM Dzherelo In Levovskaya oblaste

"Dzherelo" is an ecological closed-type cottage town on the outskirts of Lviv. Townhouses of three different types with different areas and layouts are located practically on the outskirts of the pine forest of the "Roztochchya" reserve. The cottage projects include a garage for a car, a private gym, a study, and a children's playroom. The living room on the first floor has access to the backyard of the townhouse, where a pool, gazebo, and children's playground can be installed, while the bedrooms on the second floor have balconies and loggias on the front and back of the house. Infrastructure

The M10 Lviv-Krakovets highway passes through the village of Soluki, along which 24 suburban routes run between Lviv and neighboring settlements. By car, it takes 5 minutes to get to the Lviv Ring Road and 30 minutes to get to the Market Square in the historic city center.

You can buy groceries within a 9-minute drive from the house at several small grocery stores, three supermarkets - "ATB-Market," "Silpo," and the "Wholesale Pan" supermarket. The nearest 24-hour supermarket "ATB-Market" is a 2-minute drive away.

Families with children can choose one of the educational institutions within a 10-minute drive from the "Dzherelo" cottage town. These include kindergartens No. 184 "Forest Fairy Tale," Baby club, Magic Kids, school-kindergarten No. 94, elementary school, VStudio kids educational center, municipal schools No. 100 and No. 92, as well as the Helen Doron language school for children.

If necessary, you can seek medical help at the family medical center, which is an 8-minute drive from the cottages.

For sports activities, the "Dzherelo" cottage town has sports grounds, and you can go for a run on the alley near the lake or in the pine forest across the road from the townhouses.
