Malevich Holl is a small town located in the suburbs of Lviv, in the village of Malechkovychi. It consists of a dozen modern energy-efficient cottages built according to the canons of traditional Ukrainian architecture.

The cottages are built of brick and additionally insulated with mineral wool. The facades are decorated using plastering and clinker bricks, in calm colors of light and dark gray tones. The contrast to the buildings is added by the roof (insulated) and window frames (energy-saving) with a dark color. The cottages look attractive, reliable, and thorough from the outside.

All cottages are single-storey, which is a convenient solution for families with small children or elderly or disabled people. Thanks to a fairly large area (140 sq. m) and a balanced, ergonomic layout, the houses will be comfortable for families of any size. The cottages have three bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen, a carport for two cars, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and a terrace overlooking a spacious courtyard. It is possible to place a gazebo, sauna, pool, barbecue area, or sports area in the yard, depending on the preferences of the homeowners.

Only 10 residential houses are designed in the town, which are located on a fairly large plot of 1 hectare. The entire territory of the town is closed to outsiders and paved with paving stones, while the boundaries of each residential property are additionally fenced. Quiet, peaceful living surrounded by nature, yet close to a big city - that's what Malevich Holl offers its residents.

Infrastructure

Malevich Holl cottage town is located just 5 km from Lviv, so you can reach the city limits in just 5 minutes by car. The road to the city center will take about 25-30 minutes by private transport. The village of Malechkovychi, where the town is located, has good public transport connections to Lviv - you can get to the city on routes No. 109, 113, 118, 119, 132, 141, 171, 522, 552, 603, 604, 614, and 676, with a stop located 1.2 km from the cottage town (15-20 minutes on foot).

Malechkovychi is a small village with no developed social infrastructure. There is a supermarket in the village, which can be reached from the town in 15 minutes, and nearby there are branches of Nova Poshta and a church. Everything else can be found in neighboring settlements or in Lviv. The nearest school is located just 2 km from the cottage town, in the neighboring village of Navariya - you can get to it by car in 3-5 minutes. A little further (3 km from the town), there is the Navariivska gymnasium, which can be reached in no more than 5-7 minutes by car. The closest Lviv school No. 83 is only 5-7 km away, which can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. If you need kindergartens, you can also reach them by car in 10-15 minutes.

Nearby Malevich Holl, there is the Navariya-Nova restaurant-hotel (1.5 km), a football field (500 m), and an equipped training ground for off-road vehicles (1.5 km). Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the beautiful Navariya Lake (1.7 km, 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot). The lake has equipped beaches, several hotel-restaurant complexes, a sports base, and more.

The main attraction of the location of Malevich Holl cottage town is the tranquility and peace, beautiful views, and convenient location. Malechkovychi is considered one of the elite suburbs of Lviv, so mostly private mansions and other modern cottage towns are located next to the town.
