The cottage village "Red Wood" is nine two-story townhouses near the lake in the outskirts of Lviv in the village of Bіrky. Each house is planned to have two open parking spaces and a private backyard that can be arranged according to your preferences.

Prospective residents are offered townhouses of two types with different areas to suit various family needs - 104.6 sq.m with three bedrooms and 112.46 sq.m with four bedrooms.

The external walls of the buildings are made of gas block, internal partitions are made of bricks. The glazing is done with energy-efficient 2-chamber double-glazed windows with a 6-chamber profile. All houses have individual heating systems.

Creating the space of the "Red Wood" cottage village, the architects wanted to realize the idea of openness and friendliness, so they decided against high fences and large closed areas.

It takes 25 minutes by car to reach the central square Rynok. The journey to the International Airport will take 28 minutes, the railway station is a 26-minute drive away. The railway station in Bryukhovychi is about a 4-minute drive. The nearest grocery store is a 2-minute walk, supermarkets "Blyzenko" and "Aurora" are about a 5-minute drive, and "ATB-market" is 8 minutes away. On the outskirts of Lviv, a 15-minute drive from the "Red Wood" cottage village, there is the sports-trading-entertainment center Spartak, which includes the fitness club "Sport Life", the Multiplex cinema, the supermarket "Silpo", a large children's area with play zones, food court, and brand stores. A 22-minute drive away is the open hypermarket "Epicenter", where building materials and household goods are sold.

A 10-minute walk from the townhouses is the Bіrky NVK "Secondary School I-III degree" named after Taras Shevchenko, which combines a school and a part-time kindergarten under one roof. The general education school No.41 is about a 6-minute drive away. In their free time from studying, children can attend the Bіrky Youth Sports School No.6 and the Lviv Children's Music School No.7.

For medical assistance, the residents of the village can turn to Hospital No.7, children's and adult polyclinics which are a 3-5 minute drive from the village.
