The cottage village "Red Wood" is nine two-story townhouses near a lake in the near suburbs of Lviv in the village of Bіrki. Each house is planned to have two open parking spaces and a private adjacent territory that can be arranged at your own discretion.

Future residents are offered townhouses of two types of layouts with different areas for different family needs - 104.6 sq.m with three bedrooms and 112.46 sq.m with four bedrooms.

The external walls of the buildings are made of gas blocks, while the internal partitions are made of brick. The glazing is done with energy-saving 2-chamber double-glazed windows with a 6-chamber profile. All houses have individual heating systems.

Creating the space of "Red Wood" cottage village, the architects wanted to realize the idea of openness and friendliness, so they decided to forgo high fences and large closed areas.

It takes about 6 minutes by car to get to the general education school No. 41. In their free time from studying, children can attend the junior sports school No. 6 and the Lviv Children's Music School No. 7.

Residents of the village seek medical help at Hospital No. 7, a children's and adult polyclinic, which is a 3-5 minute drive from the village.

There is a green area with a lake 300 meters from "Red Wood". Here, you can enjoy family walks, bike rides, or runs, breathing fresh air and listening to the birdsong, and on weekends, relax with family and friends, have a barbecue in the park or by the lake.
