Veres Hill is a modern cottage village on a picturesque hill amidst the Carpathian Mountains in the village of Tukhlya in the Lviv region. You can purchase a house in Veres Hill for personal living and consider it as an investment - earning income from renting it out. For this purpose, a separate management company "Comfortville" has been created. When you are not spending time in your residence, the walls and the area of the house are in reliable hands. You don't need to search for tourists, as the management company takes care of all the worries related to advertising, communication, showing cottages, settling people, and caring for the area.

Infrastructure

The cottage village "Veres Hill" is located surrounded by forest amidst the picturesque Carpathian region. It is a great option for those who love comfort and tranquility, who care about their health, well-being, and appreciate the aesthetic beauty of nature. For the comfortable stay of guests on the village's territory, its own infrastructure is provided: a cozy restaurant, a sauna with a massage room, a jacuzzi and hot tub, a heated pool, and a sports ground. In the center of the complex, a pond with a fire pit will be arranged, and walking routes will be created in the surrounding forest.

Veres Hill is located 110 km from Lviv in the village of Tukhlya, Stryi district. The Tukhlya railway station is about a 5-minute drive away, and the Slavske station is 11 minutes away.

Within a 15-25 minute radius by car, all necessary objects of household infrastructure are located: supermarkets "Rukavichka" and "ATB", a market, gas stations, branches of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta", a family medicine clinic. The Slavske mountain skiing resort is about a 14-minute drive away, 15 minutes to the Goro Mountain Resort skiing resort, and 30 minutes to the Plai mountain skiing resort.

The area around Veres Hill is rich in natural attractions. Among them are Mount Zakhar Berkut, a 5-minute drive away, Mount Makivka and the Skole Beskids National Nature Park, a 15-minute drive away, the Kamianka waterfall and the Tustan Reserve, 33 and 40 minutes away by car, respectively. There are also several observation platforms nearby with wonderful views.
