Veres Hill is a modern cottage town on a picturesque hill amidst the Carpathian Mountains in the village of Tukhlya, Lviv region. The project is being implemented by "Team Up Development" company. The land plot of 2 hectares is allocated for the construction of the town, which includes 18 cottages. The area of each cottage ranges from 4 to 9 acres.

For this purpose, a separate management company "Comfortville" has been established. When you are not spending time in your residence, the walls and the territory of the house are in reliable hands. You do not need to look for tourists, as the management company takes care of all the worries related to advertising, communication, showing cottages, settling people, and caring for the territory.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Veres Hill" is located surrounded by a forest amidst the picturesque Carpathian region. It is a great option for those who love coziness and tranquility, who care about their health, well-being, and value the aesthetic beauty of nature. For the comfortable stay of guests on the town's territory, its own infrastructure is provided: a cozy restaurant, a sauna with a massage room, jacuzzi and hot tub, a heated pool, and a sports ground. In the middle of the complex, there will be a pond with a fire pit, and in the surrounding forest, walking routes will be created.

"Veres Hill" is located 110 km from Lviv in the village of Tukhlya, Stryi district. It is about a 5-minute drive to the Tukhlya railway station and an 11-minute drive to the Slavske station.

Within a 15-25 minute radius by car, all necessary objects of household infrastructure are located: supermarkets "Rukavychka" and "ATB", a market, gas station, branches of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta", and a family medicine clinic. The Slavske mountain ski resort is about a 14-minute drive, 15 minutes to the Goro Mountain Resort ski resort, and 30 minutes to the Plai ski resort.

The area around "Veres Hill" is rich in natural landmarks. Among them are Mount Zakhar Berkut, a 5-minute drive away, Mount Makivka and the Skole Beskids National Nature Park, a 15-minute drive away, the Kamianka waterfall and the Tustan Reserve, 33 and 40 minutes away by car, respectively. There are also several observation platforms nearby with wonderful views.
