The residential complex Art 29 is being built in the town of Horodok, which is a suburb of Lviv. Residents of the complex will have access to all the infrastructure of the regional center, which can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
The Art 29 residential complex consists of two six-story buildings with built-in public facilities and underground parking. The project includes landscaping and improvement of the surrounding area.
The lower floors of the buildings will house premises for shops, cafes, and various necessary services.
Infrastructure
Residents of the Art 29 residential complex can reach the M11 Shehyni-Lviv highway in two minutes by car, which is about a 15-minute drive to the outskirts of Lviv and 30-35 minutes to Rynok Square in the historic part of the city. Within an 8-minute walk from the new building at the intersection of Artyshevska and Lvivska streets are stops for 33 bus routes, providing easy access to Lviv and neighboring towns.
The presence of its own infrastructure on the ground floors will meet the needs for necessary services and shopping. Additionally, nearby there are grocery stores, cafes, pharmacies, branches of "Nova Poshta," "Ukrposhta," childcare facilities, and medical institutions.
Within a 10-minute walk are grocery stores such as "Kozachok," "Vid A do Ya," and "Family Market." A 4-minute drive away is the Horodotsky city food market with farm products, the "Rukavychka" supermarket, and the "Tsentr Siti" shopping center. A 20-minute drive away on the outskirts of Lviv are the "Metro" hypermarket and the "Epicenter" shopping center.
For children, within a 10-minute walk are the "Matematyka" kindergarten, the Horodotsky NVK, the municipal school "Horodotsky Navchalnyy Kompleks No. 5," and within an 8-12 minute drive are the "Khatka Vedmezhatka" full-day kindergarten, the "Barvinok" kindergarten, municipal schools No. 2, No. 3, the Horodotska Children's Music School, and the Horodotska District Small Academy of Arts named after P. Andrusiv.
If needed, the Horodotska District Polyclinic, the central city hospital, and dentistry are a 3-4 minute drive away. Nearby private medical facilities include the Medis clinic, Eskulab laboratories, and UNILAB.
For walks and morning runs, near the Art 29 residential complex is the "800th Anniversary of Horodok" park, and an 8-minute drive away is the Horodotsky pond, where picnics can be held. A 15-minute walk from the building is the "Kolos" stadium, which hosts various sports sections. Additionally, nearby are fitness centers such as SportFit, Karate Club Union, Local Gym, FitLab fitness and dance studios.
