LCD AUROOM LVIVING LCD In Levov

Residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is a multifunctional residential building from the construction company "AUROOM", which is being implemented in the central part of the city of Lviv, near the church of St. Josaphat and the park "700th anniversary of Lviv". The residential complex project was developed by the architects of the "Belyaev Project Workshop", whose work has repeatedly won at all-Ukrainian and international architectural competitions.

The residential monosectional club-format complex will have 7 floors. The first two floors of the building will be equipped with commercial premises - shops, offices, and other various establishments. The club building format involves a small number of residents, so there will be only 28 apartments in "AUROOM Lviving", designed for family living. Most apartments are two-room apartments - with two bedrooms and a studio kitchen that can serve as a living room. Five apartments are three-room apartments, with three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and two separate bathrooms. The apartments have different sizes, depending on the size of the living room. Many apartments are designed with master bedrooms featuring a direct bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a separate bathroom accessible only from this bedroom.

The interaction with the historical environment is manifested through materials, facade modularity, and window proportions. The windows in the apartments are not fully panoramic, starting at a height of 40-45 cm from the floor, which is determined by the historical area. Most balconies have full glazing, and from the open terraces, you can enjoy views of Lviv. Under the building, there is an underground parking lot with 36 parking spaces, from which you can take the elevator to the desired floor.

In the courtyard, there is an entrance to the residential area, as well as places for storing bicycles and strollers. Tall trees will be planted here, providing shade and significantly improving the comfort of the residents in hot weather. Lounge areas for relaxation will be arranged among the trees. In the back part of the courtyard, there will be a functional children's playground.

Infrastructure

Residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is located at 133 Zamariyntsi Street, near the church of St. Josaphat and the park "700th anniversary of Lviv". The drive to the city center will take about 8 minutes by car, to the railway station and the "Dvirtsevyy" bus station - 15 minutes. Within walking distance from the building, there is a tram stop No. 9 on Torfyana Street, and a 4-minute walk on Lipynskoho Street, there are bus stops No. 1A, No. 9, No. 53, as well as minibuses No. 25, No. 34, No. 39, No. 60, No. 114, No. 121, No. 165, No. 167, No. 180A, No. 183, No. 184, No. 273, No. 277, No. 390.

Next to the building, you can buy groceries at the "ATB-Market" and "Aurora" supermarkets, the "Baker Shop" bakery is a 1-minute walk away, as well as the "Rukavychka" and "Sviy Market" supermarkets, a 4-minute walk away. It is about an 11-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket. By car, it takes 6 minutes to reach the Krakivsky Market with farm produce, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

The nearest shopping center "Intercity" is a 12-minute walk away. The four lower floors of the complex house shops of various profiles, the 5th and 6th floors are for business purposes, and the entire 7th floor is dedicated to dining and entertainment. Just a 3-minute drive from the "AUROOM Lviving" residential complex is the sports and entertainment center "Spartak", where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are stores of various directions, a 7-hall cinema "Multiplex", a children's play area, a food court, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic-standard swimming pool.

For the youngest residents, there is a private English-speaking kindergarten "Anglo Land" near the building. The private kindergarten "Kazka" and the positive upbringing studio "BomBon" are a 3-minute drive away. A little further, in 4-5 minutes by car, nurseries No. 31 and kindergartens No. 171, No. 167, and No. 57 are open.
