LCD AUROOM LVIVING Residential Complex In Levov

The residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is a multifunctional residential building from the construction company "AUROOM", which is being implemented in the central part of Lviv city, near the Church of St. Josaphat and the "700th Anniversary of Lviv" park. The project of the residential complex was developed by the architects of the "Project Workshop of Bieliaiev Family", whose works have repeatedly won at all-Ukrainian and international architectural competitions.

The residential single-section club-format complex will have 7 floors. The first two floors of the building will accommodate commercial premises - shops, offices, and other various establishments. The club building format implies a small number of residents, so "AUROOM Lviving" will have only 28 apartments designed for family living. Most of the apartments are two-bedroom ones - with two bedrooms and a studio kitchen that can serve as a living room. Five apartments are three-bedroom ones, with three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and two separate bathrooms. The apartments have different sizes, depending on the size of the living room. Many apartments have master bedrooms with a direct entrance only from this bedroom, a wardrobe, and a separate bathroom.

The interaction with the historic environment is reflected through materials, facade modularity, and window proportions. The windows in the apartments are not fully panoramic, starting from a height of 40-45 cm from the floor, which is determined by the historical area. Most balconies have full glazing, and from open terraces, you can enjoy the views of Lviv. There is an underground parking for 36 parking spaces under the building, from which you can take the elevator to the desired floor.

In the courtyard, there is an entrance to the residential area, as well as places for storing bicycles, strollers. Tall trees will be planted here, which will provide shade and greatly improve the comfort of the residents during hot weather. Lounge areas for relaxation will be arranged among the trees. In the back part of the yard, a functional children's playground will be set up.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "AUROOM Lviving" is located at 133 Zamarstynivska Street, near the Church of St. Josaphat and the "700th Anniversary of Lviv" park. It will take about 8 minutes by car to reach the city center, and 15 minutes to the railway station and the "Dvirtsevyi" bus station. Tram stop No. 9 on Torfiana Street is within walking distance from the building, and a 4-minute walk on Lypynskoho Street will take you to bus stops No. 1A, No. 9, No. 53, as well as minibuses No. 25, No. 34, No. 39, No. 60, No. 114, No. 121, No. 165, No. 167, No. 180A, No. 183, No. 184, No. 273, No. 277, No. 390.

You can buy groceries near the building at the "ATB-Market" and "Aurora" supermarkets, and the "Baker shop" bakery is a 1-minute walk away. It is also a 4-minute walk to the "Rukavychka" and "Sviy Market" supermarkets. The "Ashan" hypermarket is an 11-minute walk away. By car, it will take 6 minutes to reach the Krakivsky Market with farm products, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

It will take a 12-minute walk to the nearest shopping center "Intersiti" on foot. The four lower floors of the complex house shops of various profiles, the 5th and 6th floors are for business purposes, and the entire 7th floor is dedicated to dining and entertainment. A 3-minute drive from the "AUROOM Lviving" residential complex will take you to the "Spartak" sports and entertainment shopping center, where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are stores of various orientations, a 7-screen "Multiplex" cinema, a children's play area, a food court, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic standard swimming pool.

For the youngest residents, there is a private English-speaking kindergarten "Anglo Land" near the building. The private kindergarten "Kazka" and the "BomBon" positive education studio are a 3-minute drive away.
