Description

Avalon Magnolia Residential Complex is another project from the investment and development company "Avalon", which is being implemented in an environmentally friendly corner of the Sykhivskyi district of Lviv. There are no industrial enterprises nearby, instead there is a large Vynnykivskyi forest park. It is a 3-minute walk to the nearest kindergarten "Levland", a 10-minute walk to the private kindergarten "Kazka" and the early development center "Mudryk". By car, it takes 4 minutes to get to the kindergarten "Barvinok" and Kindergarten No. 52. It is 6 minutes to municipal kindergartens No. 17, No. 44, No. 183, and the private kindergarten "Dream House".
