The residential complex CONTINENT ART is being built on the northern outskirts of Lviv, in the Shchurata (Znesinnia) microdistrict, which administratively belongs to the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city. The project is a modern 9-story building located next to another new building. However, the CONTINENT ART residential complex stands out from its neighbor both externally and internally.

The nearest bus stop is 450 m from the new building (5 minutes walk), where you can take bus No. 184-a and minibuses No. 17 and 9, which run to different parts of Lviv and the suburbs.

There are two stores near the new building: a small mini-market (230 m) and "Blyzenko," where you can buy everyday products. For a big shopping and entertainment, you can go to the Spartak Shopping Mall (2.5 km, 7 minutes by car), which besides a large supermarket and boutiques, has a cinema, food court, children's play area, and SportLife training halls.
