Description

The residential complex "D2" is a six-story building created according to an individual author's project, being built in the central part of Lviv. The object belongs to the premium class new buildings category, namely the club house format, which implies a small number of residents and low-rise construction. This makes the atmosphere more intimate and cozy, as well as allows to provide a higher level of service to the residents.

During construction, environmentally friendly materials and modern methods of increasing energy efficiency of buildings are used. The walls are constructed from ceramic blocks, facades are insulated with mineral wool, and the necessary strength and durability are guaranteed by a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Additional sound insulation between apartment walls is made of mineral wool, and floors are insulated with extruded polystyrene. Panoramic energy-saving windows will provide good room insulation. Individual heating in each apartment will allow residents to enjoy a comfortable microclimate inside in any weather.

The apartments in the "D2" residential complex have convenient ergonomic layouts, balconies, and spacious terraces on the upper floors. A special feature of the building will be a common terrace on the 6th floor with a panoramic view of the central part of the city. In the entrance area of the first floor, comfortable sofas and tables for waiting or relaxing will be installed. Elegant decoration of common areas is carried out using artificial stone elements, LED lighting, stylish fixtures, and mirrors.

Security and absolute comfort for residents will be provided by a closed territory under round-the-clock surveillance, a modern keyless access system to the entrances, and the ability to call elevators with a chip card. For cars, an underground parking with a car lift and a passenger elevator to each floor is provided by the project.

For the comfort of residents in the "D2" residential complex, commercial areas are provided, where shops, cafes, and other necessary establishments will be located.

Infrastructure

The "D2" club house is located at the intersection of Dashkevycha and Zamarstynivska streets in the Pidzamche microdistrict of Lviv. You can walk to the Lviv Opera House in 20 minutes or drive there in 5 minutes by car. There is a tram stop No. 9 near the building, and more than 30 public transport routes run on Vyacheslav Chornovil Avenue in 7 minutes. The Pidzamche railway station, through which intercity and regional trains pass, is a 12-minute walk from the building. The road to the city's railway station by car will take about 15 minutes, to the international airport - 24 minutes.

You can walk a couple of minutes to the "Rukavychka", "Blyzhenko" supermarkets or the "CARPACCIO Food" store for groceries. Just a 6-minute walk will take you to the large "New Point" shopping center with boutiques, appliance stores, the "Auchan" hypermarket, fast food restaurants, the "Leopark" children's entertainment center, and other useful establishments. And a 12-minute walk or a 3-minute drive will take you to the "Forum Lviv" shopping center with dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, a children's entertainment center, the "Silpo" supermarket, and the "Planeta Kino" cinema.

For the youngest residents within a 8-12 minute walk from the "D2" residential complex, there are kindergartens No. 104, No. 95, No. 144, No. 55, No. 121, private centers "Kuzia", "Sadok Zdorovoyi Rodyny", "Smailyk" and "Baby Years". Schoolchildren can walk to the Vasyl Stefanyk School No. 22 in 4 minutes, to the Daniel Korolenko Lyceum No. 57 in 10 minutes, to the General Education School No. 20 in 12 minutes.

Medical facilities within walking distance include the Prince Lev Clinical Hospital with a polyclinic department, a dental clinic, and Children's Polyclinic No. 1. There are also private medical centers "Mother and Child", "Oxford Medical Lviv", "Rodovid", and others nearby.

A 12-minute walk from the building is the "High Castle" park area, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk in your free time. In the other direction, there is the 700th Anniversary of Lviv Park.
