Family Residence is a low-rise residential complex located in a quiet corner of Lviv's suburbs without high-rise buildings and city hustle. Future residents are offered one- and two-bedroom apartments of various sizes, as well as spacious two-level apartments.
The complex's territory is designed for maximum comfort and safety of residents. The closed spacious courtyard features a playground for children, a sports ground, a recreation area, and an open parking lot for complex guests. For residents' cars, a separate parking area is arranged near the complex.
Infrastructure
Family Residence residential complex is being built in the village of Solonka, a 5-minute drive from Lviv's Ring Road. The E471 Lviv-Mukacheve highway (also known as Stryiska Street) passes through the village, allowing a 20-minute drive to Market Square in the city center. Residents can also reach any part of Lviv by public transport, as 20 bus routes pass through the village towards the regional center.
Solonka has several essential infrastructure facilities, including grocery stores, a school, a kindergarten, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a hair salon, a car service station, a gas station, a church, and a football field. Additionally, residents of Family Residence can use Lviv's infrastructure, particularly in the Frankivsky and Sykhivsky districts of the city.
For example, within a 10-15 minute drive from the new building, residents can buy groceries at supermarkets such as "Vopak," "Sviy Market," "Silpo," "ATB-Market," and the hypermarket "Ashan" at the King Cross Leopolis shopping center. The shopping center also houses a shopping gallery, bank branches, two cinemas, an ice rink, a laser maze, the Fly Kids children's entertainment complex, the European Academy of Coaching Excellence, a food court with several cafes and restaurants. For fresh produce, residents can visit the "Shuvar" market, which is adjacent to a large flower market.
Parents of schoolchildren can choose from several Lviv schools located within a 15-minute drive from the building. These include schools No. 32, No. 86, No. 48, No. 13, and the "Ecoland" lyceum. For younger children at the same distance from the residential complex, there are options such as the "Madagascar" mini-kindergarten, Oxford Kids kindergarten, and No. 70 kindergarten.
