Family Residence is a low-rise residential complex in a quiet corner of Lviv's suburbs without high-rise buildings and urban hustle and bustle. The future residents are offered one- and two-bedroom apartments of various sizes, as well as spacious two-level apartments.
The complex area is designed for maximum comfort and safety of the residents. The closed spacious courtyard features a playground for children, a sports ground, a recreational area, and an open parking lot for complex guests. A separate parking area is also provided for residents' cars near the complex.
Infrastructure
The Family Residence residential complex is being built in the village of Solonka, a 5-minute drive from Lviv's Ring Road. The E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway (also known as Stryiska Street) runs through the village, and it takes 20 minutes by car to reach Rynok Square in the city center. Various public transport routes pass through the village, providing easy access to any part of Lviv.
Solonka has several essential infrastructure facilities, including grocery stores, a school, a kindergarten, a Nova Poshta branch, a hair salon, a car service station, a gas station, a church, and a football field. Residents of the Family Residence complex will also have access to Lviv's infrastructure, including the Frankivsk and Sykhivsky districts of the city.
For example, within a 10-15 minute drive from the new building, residents can purchase groceries at supermarkets such as Vopak, Svii Market, Silpo, ATB-Market, and the Auchan hypermarket at the King Cross Leopolis shopping center. The shopping center also houses a shopping gallery, bank branches, two cinemas, an ice rink, a laser maze, the Fly Kids children's entertainment complex, the European Academy of Coaching Mastery, a food court with several cafes and restaurants. Residents can also visit the Shuvar market for fresh produce, which is located near a large flower market.
Parents of schoolchildren can choose from several Lviv schools located within a 15-minute drive from the building. These include schools No. 32, No. 86, No. 48, No. 13, and the Ecolend lyceum. For younger children at the same distance from the residential complex, there are the Madagascar mini-kindergarten, the Oxford Kids and No. 70 kindergartens.
