Feel House is a residential complex in the format of a suburban club house in the village of Sokilnyky, bordering the southwestern outskirts of Lviv. The four-story building in Scandinavian style was built according to the author's project of the Belyaev Workshop, which received four awards in various categories at the Ukrainian Urban Awards. It will be a great alternative to an apartment in the "concrete jungle" of the regional center. Here, the feeling of a real home begins in the halls, the design of which was developed by the architectural bureau Savytskyy Design. On the upper floor, there are apartments with attic rooms, and on the lower floor, there are cafes and shops.

The concept of representative floors provides privacy and additional security. The inner courtyard with modern interactive children's playgrounds, green areas, and sports areas will be accessible only to residents. Next to Feel House, there are two lakes with colorful nature and places for recreation.

Infrastructure

Not far from the residential complex Feel House, there is Striyska Street, also known as the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, which is a 20-minute drive to the historical city center and 10 minutes to the intersection with the Ring Road (E40 Lviv - Izvaryne). The central bus station of the city is a 7-minute drive from the complex. Lviv International Airport and the central railway station are 18 and 25 minutes away by car, respectively. If public transport is needed, buses No. 23, trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 25, and minibusses No. 25 and No. 57 run along Striyska Street to various districts of the city.

In the area of ​​new construction, there are grocery supermarkets of all major retail chains: "ATB-Market" - 6 minutes, "Arsen" - 7 minutes, "Silpo" - 9 minutes. Farm produce can always be purchased at the "Shuvar" market, a 10-minute drive from the house. At the same distance from the new building is the King Cross Leopolis shopping center, which, in addition to a gallery of stores, has the "Ashan" hypermarket, "Epicenter", the "Planeta Kino" cinema, an ice rink, a laser maze, a food court, and other services.
