Feel House - a residential complex in the format of a suburban club house in the village of Sokilnyky, bordering the southwest outskirts of Lviv. The four-story building in Scandinavian style was built according to the author's project of the Belyaev Workshop, which received four awards in various categories at the Ukrainian Urban Awards. It will be a wonderful alternative to an apartment in the "concrete jungle" of the regional center. Here, the feeling of a real home begins in the hallways, the design of which was developed by the Savytskyy Design architectural bureau. On the top floor, there are apartments with attic spaces, and on the lower floor, there are cafes and shops.

The concept of representative floors provides privacy and additional security. The inner courtyard with modern interactive children's playgrounds, green areas, and sports areas will be accessible only to residents. Next to Feel House, there are two lakes with colorful nature and places for recreation.

Infrastructure

Near the Feel House residential complex, the Striyska street runs, which is also the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, just 20 minutes by car to the historic city center and 10 minutes to the intersection with the Ring Road (E40 Lviv - Izvaryne). The central bus station of the city is a 7-minute drive from the complex. The Lviv International Airport and the central railway station are 18 and 25 minutes away by car, respectively. If public transport is needed, buses No. 23, trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 25, minibuses No. 25 and No. 57 run along Striyska street to various neighborhoods of the city.

In the area of ​​new construction, there are grocery supermarkets of all major retail chains: "ATB-Market" - 6 minutes, "Arsen" - 7 minutes, "Silpo" - 9 minutes. Farm produce can always be purchased at the Shuvar market, just a 10-minute drive from the house. At the same distance from the new building is the King Cross Leopolis shopping center, which besides a gallery of shops, features a grocery hypermarket "Ashan", "Epicenter", the "Planeta Kino" cinema, an ice rink, a laser maze, a fad zone, and other services. Also, for shopping and entertainment, you can drive to the Victoria Gardens shopping center in 11 minutes, with shops, restaurants, a fountain, a cinema, and a bowling club, or organize a child's holiday at the Beach water park.
