LCD ZhK Franko In Levov

The residential complex "Franko" is another project from the construction company "Bud Invest Kom", which is being implemented in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. The building consists of four sections of different heights (6-10 floors) and fully complies with the comfort class requirements: monolithic-frame construction technology, brick walls, facade insulated with polystyrene foam panels and decorated with decorative plaster. The residential stock includes one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with various ergonomic layouts. The developer provides the apartments with meters, entrance doors, energy-efficient plastic windows. The apartments have individual heating, allowing residents to create a comfortable microclimate in the rooms. All apartments are handed over to owners already prepared for further renovation.

It takes 24 minutes by car to reach the city center, and 22 minutes to the "Dvirtsevyi" railway and bus station. There is a bus stop for routes #6A and #47 located 300 m from the complex, and another public transport stop on Shevchenka Street, where more than thirty bus routes run, is just 200 m further.

You can buy groceries at the "Koshyk" store near the house. It takes about 5-6 minutes on foot to reach the ATB Market and Rukavychka supermarkets. The "VAM" shopping center is a 7-minute drive away, where besides the Silpo supermarket, there are shops of various directions, cafes, ATMs, and other household services. Fresh vegetables and fruits, products from local farmers and producers can always be bought at the Levandivsky Market, which is a 13-minute drive away.

For the little ones, there is an open kindergarten No. 184 "Forest Tale" a 8-minute walk away. Schoolchildren can attend School No. 100, which is a 5-minute walk away. Also nearby is the educational center "VStudio kids". For medical assistance, you can visit the family medicine clinic 7 minutes walk from the "Franko" residential complex. The "Metrika" medical center is a 6-minute drive away.
