LCD Residential Complex on Stryiska In Levov

RC on Stryiska Street is a multifunctional project of the "city within a city" format, which the company "Creator-Bud" is building on the eponymous street in the Sykhiv district of Lviv. The residential complex includes seven buildings with their own infrastructure. For residents, there is a private kindergarten, a football stadium with artificial turf, a large square and recreation areas, landscape design in each courtyard, as well as playgrounds and sports grounds, shops, and services. The first six buildings of the project form a separate block, while the seventh, along with the kindergarten, is located nearby. Its space is designed according to the concept of a "courtyard without cars" with a closed near-building area. For residents' cars, there is an underground parking lot that complements the facilities of the existing above-ground parking lots of the residential complex.

Infrastructure

The residential complex is located in a green, environmentally friendly area, yet it has excellent transport links to other districts of Lviv. The drive to the city center takes about 10 minutes by car, and there are also several public transport stops nearby. In the vicinity of the complex, there are parks and forested areas for walks and picnics. A 5-minute walk away is the Lviv Hippodrome, where you can learn horseback riding. A little further away is the Arena Lviv football stadium, which hosts matches, festivals, concerts, and other events. There is also an amusement park and karting track on the stadium grounds. Next to the residential complex are the Tennis Life tennis courts and the Football Life football club.

In a few minutes by car, you can reach the large King Cross Leopolis shopping center, which houses the hypermarket "Ashan," brand stores, restaurants, a cinema, an ice rink, and a children's playground. There is also a construction hypermarket "Epicenter K" located there.

If you have schoolchildren in your family, the drive to schools No. 86, No. 32, and Sokilnyky will take 7-10 minutes by car. Across the street from the building, there is the private mini-kindergarten "Madagascar," and a little over 2 km away is the state kindergarten No. 70.

The nearest medical centers are a 7-minute drive away – the private clinic Medicover and the children's clinic. It will take 15 minutes to drive to the adult polyclinic No. 4, another children's clinic, and private centers such as Oxford Medical, St. Paraskeva, and LeoDerm.
