Description

The residential complex "Novatsia" is another project of the developer "Nova Oselya", which is being implemented in a cozy corner of the Frankivskyi district of Lviv. The complex consists of a comfort-class building with sections on 4, 7-8 floors. The construction is carried out using progressive monolithic-frame technology. The external walls are insulated with mineral wool. Interroom walls made of ceramic blocks significantly improve the sound insulation level.

The project includes a total of 179 apartments, offering a wide range from 1-room apartments with an area of ​​39-52 sq.m to 3-room apartments with an area of ​​79-102 sq.m with thoughtful layouts. For cars, the project provides for underground parking, which can be accessed by elevator directly from each floor of the building, which is very convenient. The underground parking also serves as a reliable shelter if necessary.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Novatsia" is located on Trolleybus Street in the Frankivskyi district of Lviv. It is about 18 minutes drive to the city center, the same amount of time it takes to get to the train station. It is about 15 minutes by car to the International Airport. Public transport routes run along Stryiska and Naukova streets.

You can walk to the "Blyzenko" supermarket in 7 minutes, to the "Sviy Market" and "ATB" supermarkets in 10-12 minutes by foot. The nearest market "Pidzemny" with farm products can be reached by car in 4 minutes. For vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products, the "Shuvar" market is a 7-minute drive from the "Novatsia" residential complex.
