Description

RC Parkside is quite a large, modern, and self-sufficient residential complex being built in the southwest suburbs of Lviv, in the village of Basivka. This project is a true small town: it covers an area of 87 hectares and consists of 40 medium-rise residential buildings with non-residential premises on the ground floors. In addition to housing, the complex includes a developed own infrastructure and rich landscaping.

RC Parkside is designed on the principle of quarter development, similar to the modern residential area of Warsaw New Wilanow and the exemplary Example (Barcelona). A clear and dense network of streets, along which neat 4-6-storey block-buildings with cozy inner courtyards, numerous shops and office spaces, a public space in the center of the development were lined up.

All buildings will be built in a uniform architectural style: simple forms, concise facades, decoration in light tones, enlarged window openings that add lightness to the structures and light, airy and transparent fences on balconies and loggias to apartments. The new residential complex will have a very modern look.

The complex will include about 12,000 apartments, among which you can choose 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments of various sizes and layouts. Also, the complex provides 100% provision of future residents' need for parking spaces - due to multi-level and guest parking lots.

Infrastructure

RC Parkside is being built near the Lviv ring road, so the complex will have convenient transport links to Lviv. If necessary, residents of the complex will be able to reach the center of Lviv (distance 12 km) in 20-25 minutes by car or in 45-50 minutes by public transport. The nearest bus stop is located approximately 500 m from the RC. And 3.5 km away is the Sknyliv railway station, from which you can reach Lviv by electric train.

The own infrastructure of the RC should satisfy all the needs of future residents in a comfortable and rich public life. There are plans to build 2 general education schools, 12 kindergartens, and two hospitals. Various shops, cafes and office spaces will be located on the ground floors of residential buildings, and there will also be a separate retail and entertainment center on the territory. If the own commercial infrastructure is insufficient, residents of the complex can easily reach the Metro and Epicenter hypermarkets (4 km along the ring road).

The entertainment component of the project's own infrastructure RC Parkside is represented by a large recreation area with alleys, squares, an artificially created lake, children's and sports playgrounds. This area is designed in the center of the general territory of the RC, so it will be convenient to reach it from any part of the complex. Closer to the ring road in the RC, a water park with pools will be built, which will operate all year round. Those who are attracted to wild nature will enjoy the proximity of the forest park (bordering the northwest part of the complex).
