LCD Residential Complex Shelest In Levov

The residential complex "Shelost" is a project being implemented by the company "Nova Oselya" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv city. The complex is located in the northern part of the city, just 5 km from the center, on a hill with a wonderful view of the city.

The nearest bus stop is 500 m from the complex, where you can take bus number 184-a and minibuses number 17 and 19, which run to different parts of Lviv and the suburbs. The railway station and the "Dvirtsevyi" bus station are about 23 minutes away by car.

You can walk to the nearest supermarket "Blizenko" in 5-6 minutes. It will take about 5 minutes by car to get to the "ATB" supermarket or the "Sotsialnyi Halitskyi Yarmarok" market. The sports and entertainment center "Spartak" is a 12-minute drive away, where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are shops of various orientations, a 7-screen cinema "Multiplex", a children's play area, a food court area, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic standard pool. If you need goods for home and repair, the "Epicentr" shopping center is a 9-minute drive away by car.

Parents of the youngest residents of the "Shelost" residential complex can take their child to kindergarten No. 14 in a 5-minute walk. Kindergarten No. 133 is about a 5-minute drive away, and "Lyubystok" kindergarten can be reached in 9 minutes by car. It's a 15-minute walk to the children's development center "Spektr". For schoolchildren, there is a secondary school No. 97 within a 9-minute walk. A little further away (a 16-18 minute walk) are two more comprehensive schools: "Ecoland" and school No. 30.

Medical assistance can be obtained at the outpatient-polyclinic center, which is about a 4-minute drive away by car. You can reach the family medicine clinic and the hospital of St. Panteleimon in 7 minutes. There are also private medical centers operating within a radius of 4-7 minutes. If necessary, there are veterinary clinics "TIM", "Sonovet" and "Merlion" within 4-5 minutes by car from the complex.

For relaxation away from the city noise, the Zamarstynivskyi Park with wonderful views of the city is located near the "Shelost" residential complex.
