LCD Residential Complex Shelest In Levov

The residential complex "Shelеst" is a project being implemented by the company "Nova Oselya" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv city. The complex is located in the northern part of the city, just 5 km from the center, on a hill with a wonderful view of the city.

You can walk to the nearest supermarket "Blyzenko" in 5-6 minutes. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the "ATB" supermarket or the "Sotsialnyi Halitskyi Yarmarok" market. Within 12 minutes by car, you can reach the sports and entertainment center "Spartak", which includes the "Silpo" supermarket, shops of various orientations, a 7-screen cinema "Multiplex", a children's play area, a food court, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic-sized swimming pool. If you need goods for the home and repairs, the "Epicentr" shopping center is a 9-minute drive away.

Parents of the youngest residents of the "Shelеst" residential complex can take their child to kindergarten No. 14 in 5 minutes on foot. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to kindergarten No. 133, and you can reach the "Liubystok" kindergarten in 9 minutes. It is a 15-minute walk to the "Spectr" center for children's development. For schoolchildren, there is a secondary school No. 97 within a 9-minute walk. A little further away (a 16-18 minute walk) are two more comprehensive schools: "Ekolend" and school No. 30.

You can seek medical help at the outpatient-polyclinic center, which is about a 4-minute drive away. You can reach the family medicine clinic and the hospital of St. Panteleimon in 7 minutes. Private medical centers operate within a radius of 4-7 minutes. If necessary, there are veterinary clinics "TIM", "Sonovet", and "Merlion" within 4-5 minutes by car from the complex.

To escape the noise of the city, the Zamarstynivskyi Park with wonderful views of the city is located near the "Shelеst" residential complex.
