"Swedish Quarter" is a modern residential complex with 36 buildings of 5 and 9 floors in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region. The architecture of the residential complex is designed in a modern style. Bright facades with colorful accents, panoramic windows, open balconies with transparent railings, a "belt" of terraces on the top floors - each building has its own architectural highlight.
The technologies used by the company during construction meet the requirements of the time and provide a favorable combination of maximum comfort with minimal cost of utilities. The project fully corresponds to the comfort class in which the developer positions it: the complex walls are built of brick, the facades are insulated with mineral wool, and the necessary strength and durability are guaranteed by the monolithic reinforced concrete frames of the buildings. Well-thought-out layouts provide an excellent level of comfort, individual heating allows you to set the optimal temperature in the rooms, large energy-efficient windows provide plenty of light and effectively protect the premises from heat loss.
The territory of the "Swedish Quarter" residential complex is closed off from outsiders and cars. Here, modern playgrounds for children, sports areas, and places for relaxation will appear. For residents' cars, there is a parking lot and garage boxes.
