The residential complex "Viking Hills" is a new project by the developer "Viking". It is located on a hill in the northern part of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, just 5 km from the city center. The author's architecture and designer exterior make the new building recognizable and unique among the surrounding structures. "Viking Hills" is a residential complex built using the most progressive monolithic-frame technology. It consists of eight buildings, 5 and 17 stories high, with brick walls constructed using modern environmentally friendly materials that guarantee high structural strength and excellent consumer qualities.
The complex project combines architectural novelty and innovation while balancing comfort and convenience for people. Ergonomic layouts will allow for the preservation of functional zoning of the apartment and ensure maximum living comfort, while the presence of balconies and terraces provides a great opportunity to create a relaxing or work area. Panoramic windows provide access to maximum natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere at home.
In addition to comfortable layouts, the complex includes a European-style on-site area. Internal courtyards and alleys become a comfortable transition between quiet dwellings and the bustling city. Here, sports and playgrounds, recreational areas, convenient outdoor furniture, and greenery are planned. All this will guarantee maximum comfort and coziness, as well as create more opportunities for pleasant outdoor activities. A car-free area will allow residents to feel safe. For residents' cars, there is an underground parking lot with an elevator to all floors and guest parking.
The built-in commercial premises, spacious underground parking, well-thought-out on-site area, land plot with its unique natural resources, and the overall context of the area contribute to comfortable living near the city center.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Viking Hills" is designed with the concept of a "city within a city." Daily needs can be met without leaving the complex. Commercial premises are planned where in the future cafes, shops, restaurants, and much more will open. The on-site area of the complex follows a European zoning concept: in the "quiet zone," there is a square on the hill, game tables; in the "park," there are BBQ areas; in the "Active zone," there are art objects, cafes, an amphitheater, a stage, and playgrounds.
Also, Viking Hills features open surface stormwater drainage, an artificial reservoir, and green terraces.
Due to the convenient location, residents of the residential complex "Viking Hills" will always be able to reach any part of the city on time. Just 5 km to the center of Lviv, reachable in 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.
