Lehit is a cottage resort complex surrounded by the Carpathian Mountains near the resort of Skhidnytsia in Novyi Kropyvnyk village, Lviv region. On a total area of 3.35 hectares, 36 cottages are being built according to an author's architectural project, harmoniously fitting into the picturesque landscape.

For investments, cottages are offered based on 6 standard projects ranging in size from 44 sq.m to 60 sq.m. All construction work is carried out according to international quality standards and is supervised by technical supervision, as well as using only high-quality ecological materials. You invest in a fully equipped cottage with your own land plot. The design of each cottage is inspired by Wabi-Sabi - a Japanese concept that values imperfection, naturalness, and harmony with nature. For comfort and safety, the territory of the Lehit complex will be closed to outsiders. The complex will be managed by its own management company, which will be responsible for servicing cottages, organizing rentals, technical services, cleaning, as well as interacting with guests during their stay and ensuring a high level of service and the complex's reputation. Investors have a priority right to book their own or another cottage in the complex for their own leisure on a specified date.
