Description

The residential complex "Avalon Holiday One" is a project that is a logical continuation of the existing residential complex "Avalon Holiday" from the investment and development company "Avalon". The complex complements the entire area located in a picturesque place - the village of Sokilnyky in the Lviv region. Two buildings with sections on 6-8 floors fully correspond to the comfort class in which the developer positions them.

The technologies used in the construction of the complex ensure maximum strength and durability of the buildings, and the materials meet modern standards of quality, energy efficiency, and environmental safety. The walls of the complex are built of ceramic blocks, the facades are insulated with mineral wool, and the necessary strength is guaranteed by monolithic reinforced concrete frames of the buildings. Energy-saving panoramic windows provide excellent natural light in the rooms, and individual heating in each apartment allows you to manually adjust the temperature and control energy costs.

The residential complex "Avalon Holiday One" is located on the border of the Frankivskyi district of Lviv and the village of Sokilnyky at Heroes of Maidan Street.
