Description

The residential complex "CONTINENT LIFE" is another project of the building company "CONTINENT" in Lviv. It consists of a five-story comfort-class building. The architectural style embodies minimalism and conciseness: light facade decoration, straight lines, absence of unnecessary decorative elements, panoramic windows. The apartments have convenient layouts and terraces, allowing residents to enjoy a beautiful view and fresh air. The developer has taken care of the energy efficiency of the "CONTINENT LIFE" residential complex. The external walls are additionally insulated with mineral wool. Each apartment has an individual heating system, allowing residents to manually adjust the room temperature and control energy costs.

The building consists of a small number of floors, and the car-free courtyard allows residents to enjoy time outdoors without the risk of danger. There is an underground parking lot with an elevator for cars in the building, allowing residents to store their cars on their own territory.

Infrastructure

It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the city center. Trolleybuses №22, №23, and №25, shuttle bus №25, and about 25 buses, including №3A, №40, №116, №775, and others, run along Stryiska Street. The road to the International Airport will take 15 minutes, and to the bus station — 5 minutes.

You can walk to the "Blyzenko" supermarket for groceries in 3-4 minutes. The nearest "Pidzemny" market with farm products is a 3-minute drive away. Residents drive to the "Shuvar" market for vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products — it is a 7-minute drive from the building. The large shopping center "King Cross Leopolis" operates within an 8-minute drive. Here you will find not only clothing stores, electronics, sports and children's goods, but also entertainment centers for children, a bowling club, a cinema, an ice rink, restaurants, and cafes. Also located here are the hypermarket "Ashan" and the shopping center "Epicenter."

Right across the street from the "CONTINENT LIFE" residential complex, there is a medium general education school №32 and a kindergarten №70. A little further away are schools №86, №48, lyceum №45, and the "ThinkGlobal" school.

You can receive medical care at Children's Clinic №2 or the "Medicover" medical center, which is a 5-minute walk away. It will take about 7-10 minutes to drive to Dental Clinic №4, private children's clinic "Rainbow," City Clinic №4 for children and adults.

For sports activities, badminton courts "Komanchero," the gym "Shulak GYM," the crossfit gym "VARVAR," and the fitness club "Formula of Beauty" are perfect — the road will not take more than a 7-minute drive.

The road to the modern Lviv "Museum of Science" will take about 3 minutes by car – a place that changes the classic perception of science and proves that the process of cognition can be fun, dynamic, and interesting for both children and adults. Within walking distance is the "Bodnarivka" park — a green area with a pond, a children's playground, and a large lawn for dog walking. The indoor water park "PLAYA" with extreme slides of various heights and levels of difficulty, five pools, a relaxation area, jacuzzi, fitness center, children's room, and cafe is a 5-minute drive away. On the other side of the complex is the Lviv Hippodrome, where you can learn to ride horses.
