Description

RC "CONTINENT PRIME" - a low-rise residential complex in the village of Zubra on the border of the Sychivskyi district of Lviv. The project of the construction company "CONTINENT" is being implemented near one of the largest green areas of Lviv - Sychivsky Park. Several more supermarkets of large retail chains are located within a radius of 6 minutes by car from the residential complex "CONTINENT PRIME." For children's educational institutions, it is a 9-minute walk to the kindergarten "Zeleny Pinguin." To the kindergarten "Ekolend," the lyceum "Ekolend" or school number 13 by car is about 2-3 minutes. Several more educational institutions are located within a radius of 4-6 minutes by car from the complex. These are kindergartens number 40 and "Piznaiko," schools number 1, number 90, and lyceum number 93. A private medical center "Biomed" operates a 12-minute walk from RC "CONTINENT PRIME," to polyclinic number 4 and children's polyclinic "Veselka" - 7 minutes by car.

The nearest gym "Formula Krasa" is a 10-minute walk from the building. The "Sparta" sports hall is a 5-minute drive by car, a minute longer to the SPORT LIFE sports complex. If you prefer swimming, it's a 7-minute drive to the "Dolphin" pool.
