Parksid Residential Complex is a quite large, modern, and self-sufficient residential complex being built in the southwestern suburb of Lviv, in the village of Basivka. This project is a true small city: it covers an area of 87 hectares and consists of 40 mid-rise residential buildings with non-residential premises on the ground floors. In addition to housing, the complex includes a developed infrastructure and rich landscaping.
Parksid Residential Complex is designed according to the principle of quarter development, similar to the modern residential area of Warsaw New Wilanów and the exemplary Eixample (Barcelona). A clear and dense street network, along which neat blocks of 4-6-story quarter buildings are arranged with cozy inner courtyards, numerous shops and office spaces, a public space in the center of the development.
All buildings will be constructed in a unified architectural style: simple forms, concise facades, decorations in light tones, enlarged window openings that add lightness to the structures and apartments, light and transparent railings on balconies and loggias. The new residential complex will have a quite modern look.
The complex will offer about 12 thousand apartments, among which you can choose 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments of various sizes and layouts. The complex also provides 100% parking spaces for the future residents through multi-level and guest parking facilities.
Infrastructure
Parksid Residential Complex is being built near the Lviv ring road, so the complex will have convenient transportation connections to Lviv. If necessary, residents of the complex will be able to reach the center of Lviv (12 km away) in 20-25 minutes by car or in 45-50 minutes by public transport. The nearest bus stop is located approximately 500 m from the residential complex. And 3.5 km away is the Sknyliv railway station, from which you can reach Lviv by electric train.
The complex's own infrastructure is designed to meet all the needs of future residents for a comfortable and vibrant community life. Planned construction includes 2 general education schools, 12 kindergartens, and two hospitals. Various shops, cafes, and office spaces will be located on the ground floors of residential buildings, and a separate shopping and entertainment center will be built on the territory. If the own commercial infrastructure is not enough, residents of the complex can easily reach the "Metro" and "Epicenter" hypermarkets (4 km along the ring road).
The entertainment component of the project's own infrastructure, Parksid Residential Complex, is represented by a large recreation area with alleys, squares, an artificial lake, children's and sports playgrounds. This area is designed in the center of the overall territory of the complex, so it will be convenient to reach it from any part of the complex. Closer to the ring road, a water park with pools will be built in the residential complex, which will operate year-round. Those attracted to wild nature will appreciate the proximity to the forest park (adjacent to the northwest part of the complex).
