A residential building on Fedor Polietaiev Street, 6d in Chernivtsi is another project of the "Bitidi group" company. The ten-story building is being constructed using modern technologies, employing a seismic-resistant monolithic-frame method. The external walls are made of ceramic blocks, while the interroom walls are made of gas blocks, and the ventilated facades are insulated with mineral wool boards, ensuring high thermal insulation and comfortable living in the building. Each apartment is equipped with large panoramic windows that provide natural lighting. The presence of individual heating systems in each apartment will allow residents to enjoy a comfortable microclimate inside the premises in any weather.
