Description

The residential complex "Onyx" is a new project of the construction company "Rodolit", which is being implemented in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Chernivtsi city. Only high-quality and reliable building materials are used in the construction, which have been tested by experience. The ten-story energy-efficient comfort class building is built using modern monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of ceramic blocks, with a ventilated facade. Insulation is carried out with mineral wool and polystyrene foam. The windows are glazed with 5-chamber energy-saving double glazing, and each apartment has an individual heating system, allowing residents to enjoy a comfortable microclimate inside the rooms in any weather.
