LCD Senator In Chernovtsy

The Senator residential complex is a project consisting of 16 elite-class buildings. They differ from each other in terms of layout and number of floors: from 9 to 16. On the territory, there will be a children's playground, a sports ground, a football field, walking and cycling paths, car driveways, and green recreation areas for adults. The complex will also have its own commercial infrastructure and underground parking with an elevator.

Infrastructure

The Senator residential complex is being built within a 5-minute drive from the intersection of Ruska and Vynnychenka streets, bus stations No.2 and "Camping", within a 10-minute drive from Chernivtsi International Airport, and within a 15-minute drive from the city center. From the bus stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the complex, 2 trolleybus and 7 bus routes depart.

Residents of the complex will be able to buy groceries in the stores on the ground floor of one of the complex's buildings, as well as in the nearby stores and supermarkets of the Pershotravnevy district: 7 minutes to the "Econom" supermarket, 9 minutes to the "NivaMarket" and "Zlagoda" stores, 12 minutes to the "Meat Stall" and "Bukovinka" stores. It takes a 4-minute drive to get to the farmer's market and a 5-minute drive to the "Velmart" hypermarket. Within walking distance from the Senator residential complex, there are an Italian cuisine restaurant Palazzo and a pizzeria "Chelentano."

Within a 4-5 minute drive from the new building, there are kindergartens No.19, No.20, and No.44, and within 9-10 minutes – kindergartens No.22 and No.46. Children can benefit from the Iris child development center, located a 7-minute walk away, to prepare for school, adapt to society, and learn to communicate with peers. Students of municipal schools No.42 and No.11 can walk to classes in 8-10 minutes, and 5 minutes by car to school No.28.

For sports activities, the Senator residential complex will have a sports ground, a mini football field, and cycling paths. Those interested in motorsport can spend time at the SuperCross sports center's racetrack, which is an 11-minute walk away. Ice skating is available at the Ice Rink entertainment center, a 12-minute drive away. In the summer, you can sunbathe and swim at the lake near the building.

Medical facilities within a 4-minute drive from the complex include the Regional Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medicine, and the City Clinical Hospital №1 is a 5-minute drive away.
