Standard One Terminal is a 25-storey business-class apartment complex that combines: apartments, apart-hotel, office and commercial premises. The developer "KDD Ukraine" is implementing this project as an investment. Investors in "S1 Terminal" are offered the following options: fully furnished hotel apartments with repairs, furniture and appliances, apartments with "white box" finishing and office premises.

The concept of investing in hotel apartments involves receiving passive income with minimal investor involvement. All operational processes for property management are transferred by the owner to an international hotel operator. The cost of apartments includes design projects, equipment and repair work, all necessary furniture and appliances. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, comfortable furniture and wardrobes, air conditioning, and a set of additional options. The hotel operator with a world-renowned name will take care of guest search and placement, building maintenance, financial matters, and all other tasks.
