Standard One Terminal is a 25-storey business-class apartment complex that combines: apartments, apart-hotel, office, and commercial premises. The developer, "KDD Ukraine," is implementing this project as an investment. Investors in "S1 Terminal" are offered the following options: fully furnished hotel apartments with repairs, furniture, and appliances, apartments with "white box" finishing, and office premises.
The concept of investing in hotel apartments involves receiving passive income with minimal investor participation. All property management operations are transferred to an international hotel operator. The cost of the apartments includes design projects, furnishings, repairs, all necessary furniture, and appliances.
