Standard One Terminal is a 25-story business-class apartment complex that combines apartments, apart-hotel, office, and commercial spaces. The developer "KDD Ukraine" is implementing this project as an investment. Investors in "S1 Terminal" are offered the following options: fully furnished hotel apartments with renovation, furniture, and appliances, apartments with "white box" finishing, and office spaces.

The concept of investing in hotel apartments involves receiving passive income with minimal investor participation. All property management operations are transferred to an international hotel operator by the owner. The cost of apartments includes design projects, furnishings, and repairs, all necessary furniture and appliances. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, comfortable furniture and wardrobes, air conditioning, and a set of additional options.
