About the project

Barkey is a modern 4-storey premium class club house with comfortable apartments and innovative engineering equipment. The building is equipped with geothermal pumps that use the thermal energy of the air, ground, and groundwater for heating and hot water supply. This not only improves the quality of life in the complex but also significantly reduces the communal expenses of the residents.

The complex area is closed to outsiders and equipped with a video surveillance system. The courtyard is decorated with landscaping and equipped with a modern playground for children. For residents' cars, there is a guest parking and an underground parking in the building, capable of accommodating all residents' vehicles. On the first floor, there are office spaces that can be used for running your own business.

In the club house "Barkey," you can choose a spacious 1- or 2-bedroom apartment ranging from 42 to 96 sq.m. All layouts are carefully thought out and comfortable, the apartments have balconies or loggias, convenient rooms, and spacious kitchens. If necessary, residents can make alterations to suit their needs.

The club house Barkey is located in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, on Vasylia Barky Street. This microdistrict has a well-developed transport infrastructure, allowing quick access to any part of the city. Within a 5-minute walk from the building, there is a bus stop for buses №№ 22 and 119, trolleybus №42, minibuses №№ 205 and 239. Within a 10-minute walk - trolleybus stops №№ 3 and 40, minibuses №№ 171, 198, and 450. The nearest metro stations "Demiivska" and "Republikanskyi stadion" are about 15-20 minutes away by public transport and 7-8 minutes by car.

You can buy groceries near the building at ATB-Market and Lotochek supermarkets, which are about a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15-minute radius, there are more shops and the Solomianskyi market, where you can buy farm products and household goods. For a big shopping spree and entertainment, you can visit the shopping malls "Ultramarin" and Ocean Plaza, which have a variety of shops, restaurants, cinemas, etc.

For families with children within walking distance from the Barkey club house, there are several kindergartens and schools. It will take about 10 minutes to reach kindergartens №478, №4/353, and the private kindergarten "Soniashnyky." 5 minutes will be enough to get to the private school "Afyny" and school №43 "Hraal," and within 10 minutes is Lyceum №144. Also, near the building, there are extracurricular education institutions: Children's Music School №15 and Art School №1.

Health enthusiasts can go for workouts at sports clubs "Molodist" (9 min), "Mangust" (15 min), or other gyms nearby. For walking and cycling, Solomianskyi Landscape Park is suitable, which is a 12-minute walk away. And for winter fun, the ski resort "Protasiv Yar" is perfect, which is a 6-minute drive or 15 minutes by public transport from the complex.
