About the project

Barkey is a modern 4-storey premium club house with comfortable apartments and innovative engineering equipment. The building is equipped with geothermal pumps that utilize thermal energy from the air, ground, and groundwater for heating and hot water supply. This not only improves the quality of life in the complex but also significantly reduces the residents' utility costs.

The complex area is closed to outsiders and equipped with a video surveillance system. The yard is decorated with landscape design and equipped with a modern children's playground. For residents' cars, there is a guest parking and underground parking in the building, which can accommodate all residents' vehicles. On the first floor, there are office spaces that can be used for running your own business.

In the Barkey club house, you can choose from spacious 1 or 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 42 to 96 sq.m. All layouts are carefully designed and comfortable, with balconies or loggias, convenient rooms, and spacious kitchens. If necessary, residents can make rearrangements to suit their needs.

The Barkey club house is located in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, on Vasylya Barky Street.
