Beverly Hills Residence is a comfort-class cottage village in Krukovshchyna. Older children can attend first grade or continue their education at School No. 1 and Navpaky School in Krukovshchyna, which are 9 and 11 minutes away by car, respectively. An 8-minute drive will take a child to Kyiv School No. 132, and an 11-minute drive to Schools No. 1 and Happy Nest in Vyshevne. For extracurricular activities in Krukovshchyna, there are English language schools, the Semenyuk Art studio, and the IPS Dance & Fitness Studio dance school.

Families with children will also appreciate the presence of a children's outpatient clinic in the village, which is a 10-minute drive away by car. For sports activities, you can choose the Devi yoga studio or the Sova and Euro Gym sports clubs at the same distance from home.
