Faine is a suburban cottage village of a closed type, located in a picturesque area - the recreational zone of Vasilkovsky district unofficially called Vasilkovsky Carpathians. The village is built with one- and two-storey cottages, as well as two- and three-storey townhouses with open terraces and private adjoining plots.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style: with panoramic glazing and light facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the house there is a canopy for two cars, made in the same style as the main building.
