LCD KM Faine In Kievskaya oblaste

Faine is a closed-type suburban cottage town located in a picturesque area known as the Vasilkiv Carpathians in the recreational zone of Vasilkivsky district. The town consists of one- and two-story cottages, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with open terraces and private adjacent plots.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style with panoramic glazing and bright facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the building, there is a canopy for two cars designed in the same style as the main building.

Infrastructure

The Faine club town will have its own infrastructure including an eco-products store, family cafe, SPA center with a pool and sauna, kindergarten, and children's playground. For sports activities, there is a fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, a mini-football field, rock climbing wall, skateboarding area, and workout zone. The project includes wide streets, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, bike paths, and three parks with a total area of over 6000 square meters with equipped recreation areas.

A large supermarket in Vasilkiv is a 20-minute drive from the Greenery cottage town. You can also buy groceries on your way back from Kyiv on the Odeska highway at "ATB-Market," "MegaMarket," or at the market in Gatne. A 30-minute drive away, in the village of Khodosiivka, there is an outlet center "Manufaktura" with over 100 clothing and shoe stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, bowling alley, "Megamarket," art gallery, children's playground, and "Children's Room" development center. Additionally, there is a fitness center "Deltaplan" on the territory of the outlet town with a gym, pool, SPA salon, massage room, Roman steam room, and jacuzzi.
