KM Gran Montaña is a stylish and modern cottage village located near Kyiv, in the village of Hora Borispol district. The project concept is to create a place that is ideal for family living: safe, comfortable, ecological, and beautiful.

The developer offers four typical projects, each of which includes a large kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, parking space for two cars with a canopy, and a landscaped terrace with views. All cottages have an energy efficiency certificate, so maintenance costs will be moderate.

KM Gran Montaña is located on the outskirts of the village of Hora, which has convenient transport links to Kyiv. By car to the capital (Boryspil metro station) you can reach in 20 minutes, and by minibus the travel time will be only 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 800 m from the village (10 minutes walk) - from there you can take minibuses No. 941 and 344, which will take you to Boryspil metro stations, Vyrlitsa and Kharkivska without transfers.
