KM Gran Montaña is a stylish and modern cottage village located near Kyiv, in the village of Hora in the Boryspil district. The project concept is to create a place that is ideal for family life: safe, comfortable, environmentally friendly, and beautiful.

The developer offers four typical projects, each of which includes a large kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, parking space for two cars with a canopy, and a furnished terrace with views. All cottages have an energy efficiency certificate, so maintenance costs will be moderate.

KM Gran Montaña is located on the outskirts of the village of Hora, which has convenient transportation links to Kyiv. By car, you can reach the capital (metro station "Boryspilska") in 20 minutes, and by minibus, the travel time will be only 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 800 m from the village (10 minutes on foot) - from there you can take minibuses No. 941 and 344, which will take you directly to the metro stations "Boryspilska", "Vyrlytsia" and "Kharkivska" without transfers.
