The name of the Green Lake cottage village is associated with its location - the houses are located right in the middle of a pine forest and near a cascade of lakes. This area is often called the Ukrainian Switzerland because of its picturesque nature and good ecology.

The architecture and style of the houses were designed to naturally fit the village into the natural landscape and be in harmony with it, while it was important to design the houses to be functional and practical. The main feature of each cottage is a living room with a second light - the ceiling height in it reaches 5 m, imitating a chalet. Additional coziness in the evenings will be provided by a fireplace - the developer has provided a place for it in each house.

On the picturesque part of the lake is the hotel-restaurant complex called "Bobrytsia Dacha", which has a large beautiful area with a swimming pool and a restaurant.
