"Nova Berezivka" is a cottage town with houses of different sizes and layouts. Each house is located on its own plot of land, which will provide you with comfort and privacy.

The cottage town is situated in a unique natural area surrounded by forests, lakes, and picturesque fields. The highlight of the cascade of lakes near the town is a large blue lake with a beach of nearly 1000 meters of white sand. Near the central park and lake in the town, there is a wonderful complex that houses the Taverna Arkadicha restaurant and Valery salon-boutique.

The complex has been home to educational centers - a kindergarten and primary school - for several years now. Outdoor lessons, quests near the picturesque lake, and explorations in the forest are a healthy alternative to city schools. The town hosts fun children's festivals, celebrates holidays, and organizes sports competitions.

The external infrastructure of the village of Berezivka includes a school, a family medicine clinic, a communications department, gas stations, several shops, cafes, a restaurant, a hotel, and an Orthodox church. Two kilometers away, there is an agricultural machinery shopping center.
