The cottage town "HO CLUB" is a suburban project of the developer company "Reality", which is being implemented in the village of Khodosivka in the Obukhiv district of the Kyiv region. The cottage town "HO CLUB" is located on the banks of the river in the suburbs of the capital - Khodosivka village in the Obukhiv district, a 5-minute drive from the Dnipro highway. The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is only 20 minutes away by car, and the center of Kyiv is about 30 minutes away. Also, from Khodosivka, you can reach the Vydubychi bus station on suburban buses No. 735 and No. 738.

In Khodosivka, there are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, post office, bank branch, medical clinic, school, kindergarten, and other services. A 6-minute drive from the "HO CLUB" is the "Manufactura" outlet town, which has over 75 boutiques, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, a children's playground, and an entertainment center. Also, on the way to work, parents can take their children to preschools and schools in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital - the nearest kindergarten No. 305 and school No. 150 are a 13-minute drive away. The international American school "Aisu" is located 8 minutes away by car.

For medical care, you can visit the family medical clinic in Khodosivka. The medical center "Manufactura Clinic" is a 2-minute drive away, and a hospital "Feofaniya" is located 15 minutes away from the complex.
