LCD KM Kvitka Poloniny In Kievskaya oblaste

"Kvitka Polonyny" is a closed-type cottage village in a pine forest, near several water bodies. Future residents are offered cottages and townhouses of several types with their own land plots, on which the developer has preserved the natural landscape with age-old pines as much as possible. In Khodosivka, there is also the hypermarket "MegaMarket" and the first outlet shopping complex in Ukraine - the "Manufaktura" shopping center with more than 75 boutiques, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, the development center "Children's Room" and the children's entertainment center "Dakland", a fitness club, bowling, a cinema, and a design hotel.
