It takes 15 minutes by car to get to the Slavutych metro station, 40 minutes to Khreshchatyk, and half an hour to Boryspil International Airport. There is a bus stop for bus No. 64 and minibus No. 452 just 600 meters from the house.

A children's playground and a lake are within a 10-minute walk, while a space for various events called U prostir is 15 minutes away. It features barbecue areas, a beach, a stage for performances, football and basketball fields, and a beach volleyball area. Also within walking distance are several stadiums, an ice rink, and various recreation facilities.
