The Loft City 2.0 project consists of twenty-eight townhouses located on a closed territory with access control system. All houses are designed in a modern architectural style - loft, using various materials such as wood, glass, clinker brick, and more. Thanks to panoramic glazing, there will be plenty of natural light in the rooms and visually more space.
The developer offers two options of townhouses - with an area of 132 m2 and 115 m2. Both layouts are two-story, with a spacious living room, several bathrooms, and a wardrobe niche. The Loft City 2.0 townhouses are being built near the center of Irpin. Several new cottage villages and residential complexes are being constructed in the vicinity, which positively affects the development of transport and social infrastructure. In 5 minutes by car, there is a public transport stop where buses No. 20, No. 352, No. 392, and No. 395 depart. By car, it is 10 minutes to the border of Kyiv, and 40 minutes to the nearest metro station "Akademmistechko" via the highway.
