The Loft City 2.0 project consists of twenty-eight townhouses located on a closed territory with access control system. All houses are designed in a modern architectural style - loft, using various materials such as wood, glass, clinker brick, and more. • for wood finishing on the facade, the technology from the Austrian company ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik Johann Berghofer GmbH is applied, which includes the following stages: drying, sanding, impregnation for erosion protection, priming, and painting the wood in a factory manner

• the houses are decorated with a durable, strong, and resistant to aggressive environment silicone-silicate plaster Baumit with a water-repellent effect and self-cleaning ability

• depending on the configuration, the developer uses windows from two market leaders - TM "Korsa" (Rehau 70) or TM "Glasso" (Glasso 7s)
