"VIP-CLUB Estate" is a closed-type cottage town with a unique atmosphere in the suburbs of the capital. An integral part of the complex will be clean air, a cozy park, a river, and a lake with picturesque nature. The project includes two-story cottages of six types, named after famous artists, embodying their philosophy and style: "Renoir," "Leonardo," "Weber," "Monet," "Matisse," and "Salvador." All of them are designed in a unified architectural style - modern classics.
The feature of the layouts is a spacious hall, a living room, and a kitchen-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, picturesque views, and access to the terrace. Each house has an individual exit to the river, where a relaxation area can be arranged, and two parking spaces for cars in front of the entrance.
Infrastructure
The "VIP-CLUB Estate" cottage town is being built in the village of Ivankovychi, 20 minutes away by car from Kyiv. A suburban minibus No. 724 runs between the village and the capital with a final stop near the "Exhibition Center" metro station. The presence of three access roads will allow quick access to the city and back, and the proximity to the capital - to enjoy all the benefits of urban life outside the noisy metropolis.
There is also its own infrastructure in Ivankovychi. Within an 8-minute drive from the cottages, there are grocery, wine, and building stores, a confectionery, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a stadium, and a children's playground.
For families with children, at the same distance from the cottages, there are the Ivankovychi Comprehensive School (school-kindergarten) and a children's art school. If desired, a child can be enrolled in one of the educational institutions in the capital.
A sports corner can be arranged on the private plot for sports activities. For a comfortable family vacation, each plot has access to the shore, and the complex has its own park around a picturesque lake, which will become a favorite place for morning runs for many cottage residents.
If necessary, medical assistance can be obtained at the "Manufaktura Clinic" in Khodosivka, which is a 17-minute drive away. Next to it is the "Manufaktura" shopping center with more than 75 shops, restaurants, cafes, the "Children's Room" development center, the "Dakland" children's entertainment center, a fitness club, bowling, a cinema, a grocery hypermarket, and various services.
