"VIP-CLUB Estate" is a closed-type cottage town with a unique atmosphere in the suburbs of the capital. The "VIP-CLUB Estate" cottage town is being built in the village of Ivankovychi, 20 minutes by car from Kyiv. A suburban minibus No. 724 runs between the village and the capital with the final stop near the metro station "Exhibition Center." The presence of three access roads will allow you to quickly get to the city and back, and the proximity to the capital will provide access to all the benefits of urban life outside the noisy metropolis.

Ivankovychi also has its own infrastructure. Within an 8-minute drive from the cottages, there are grocery, wine, and construction stores, a confectionery, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a branch of "Nova Poshta," a stadium, and a children's playground.

For families with children, Ivankovychi has Ivankovychi NVK (school-kindergarten) and a children's art school at the same distance from the cottages. If desired, a child can be enrolled in one of the educational institutions in the capital.
