"VIP-CLUB Manor" is a closed-type cottage town with a unique atmosphere in the suburbs of the capital. An integral part of the complex will be clean air, a cozy park, a river, and a lake with picturesque nature. The project includes two-story cottages of six types, named after famous artists, embodying their philosophy and style: "Renoir," "Leonardo," "Weber," "Monet," "Matisse," and "Salvador." Infrastructure

The cottage town "VIP-CLUB Manor" is being built in the village of Ivankovychi, 20 minutes by car from Kyiv. A suburban minibus No. 724 runs between the village and the capital with a final stop near the "Exhibition Center" metro station. The presence of three access roads will allow quick access to the city and back, and the proximity to the capital will provide all the advantages of urban life outside the bustling metropolis.

There is also infrastructure in Ivankovychi. Within an 8-minute drive from the cottages are grocery, wine, and building stores, a confectionery, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a stadium, and a children's playground.

For families with children, within the same distance from the cottages are the Ivankovychi NVK (school-kindergarten) and a children's art school. If desired, the child can be enrolled in one of the educational institutions in the capital.
