My Land is a closed-type club town located in close proximity to the capital. Four two-story duplexes at the price of an apartment are located in a quiet corner near the forest and lake, which will become favorite relaxation spots for future residents. Next to each duplex is a private green lawn with a terrace, where you can step out directly from the living room. Two parking spaces are provided for residents' cars near the house. There will also be guest parking in the complex.

Infrastructure

The club town My Land is being built in the residential area of Orishki in the village of Kryukivschyna, 20 minutes by car from the nearest metro stations "Teremki", "Hippodrome" and "Exhibition Center" in Kyiv. Minibuses No. 427 and No. 732 run between the village and the capital with a final stop near the metro station "Exhibition Center", as well as minibuses No. 368 and No. 812 "Boyarka - Kyiv", which transport passengers to the metro station "Friendship of Peoples" and the railway station.

For schoolchildren, the Kryukivska secondary school and municipal school No. 1 are a 7-minute drive from the duplexes, and a private school Navpaky is a further 5 minutes away.
