LCD KM OASIS In Kievskaya oblaste

Oasis is a cottage settlement with 13 one-story houses of "Business" and "Business+" class, built using energy-efficient "Passive House" technology, which involves using accumulated solar energy as a source of heat.

The cottages with their own land plots and individual water terraces are located amidst picturesque landscapes of the village of Velyki Dmytrovychi in the suburbs of Kyiv. In the center of the settlement, there is a lake with blue water, each cottage has access to it, and on the other side, there is a forest, promising a pleasant rest by the water and exciting walks under the rustle of trees and the singing of birds.

The settlement features its own square, a children's playground with safe surfacing and interactive play elements, and a sports ground for football, basketball, and volleyball on the latest generation artificial turf.

Infrastructure

The Oasis cottage settlement is being built in Velyki Dmytrovychi, 20 minutes by car from the outskirts of Kyiv on Dnipro highway. The nearest metro stations "Teremky", "Hippodrome", and "Vydubychi" are a 30-minute drive away. A shuttle bus No. 310 "Obukhiv - Vydubychi metro station" runs through the village, the stop of which is within walking distance from the settlement.

Residents of the cottages have access to the infrastructure of Velyki Dmytrovychi, which includes a grocery store, supermarket, hunting and fishing goods store, cafe, kindergarten "Chereshenka", lyceum with primary school and gymnasium.

A 15-minute drive from the Oasis cottage settlement along Dnipro highway is the "Manufaktura" shopping mall - the first outlet shopping complex in Ukraine with over 75 clothing and accessory stores, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, children's entertainment center "Dakland", development center "Children's Room" and design hotel. Nearby the outlet, there are the fitness club "Deltaplan", beauty salon Ala Delta, bowling club, shooting range, cinema "Butterfly Country", multifunctional medical center "Manufaktura Clinic" and hypermarket "MegaMarket". You can also go shopping at the "Green" market and supermarkets "ATB-Market" and "Fora", which are a 20-minute drive away. A trip to the nearest shopping centers in Kyiv will take 5 minutes longer: shopping mall "Art Mall" with shops, restaurants, hypermarket, and entertainment for children, "Domosfera" shopping mall with elite shops, exhibition of luxury cars, and restaurant, "Atmosfera" shopping mall with shops, cinema, bowling club, and karting track.

For outdoor recreation, a 20-minute drive from the new construction is the beach "Blue Lake", the locality "Vyshenky" with nice fishing spots, and the tourist zone "Donkey Farm". And for training at the same distance, you can visit the Sport Life Koncha-Zaspa gym with exercise equipment and a swimming pool.
