PROCVIT VILLAGE is a cottage village in the suburbs of Kyiv, next to 200 hectares of protected forest, promising peace, clean air, fishing, mushroom and berry picking. Future residents are offered 38 cottages of four types with land plots and open terraces for relaxation in the fresh air.

The village itself will have its own pool, SPA, tennis court, gym, children's and sports playgrounds, a park area with places for walking and cycling, gazebos, and BBQ. Next to each cottage, there is space for two cars. Guests can leave their cars in a specially equipped above-ground parking lot.

Infrastructure

The PROCVIT VILLAGE cottage village is being built at the entrance to the village of Protsiv, 25 minutes by car from Boryspil and 30 minutes from the nearest metro stations "Boryspilska", "Slavutych" and "Osokorky". Suburban minibuses No. 324 and No. 324P run between the village and Kyiv, providing transportation to the "Kharkivska" metro station, as well as minibus No. 64 with a final stop near the "Slavutych" metro station. By car, it takes 18 minutes to get to the Kyiv International Airport in Boryspil and 50-60 minutes to get to Independence Square in the center of Kyiv.

You can buy groceries near the complex at the "Okolytsia" grocery store, a 6-minute walk away, and at supermarkets of the "Fora", "Kolo" and "ATB-Market" chains located along Central Street or in neighboring settlements. If you prefer homemade products, a 3-minute drive will take you to the spontaneous market.

The youngest residents of PROCVIT VILLAGE are welcomed at a modern kindergarten near the complex and at The Forest Tale nursery, 4 minutes by car, as well as at the Protsiv Primary School - 3 minutes by car. A general education school with an emphasis on foreign languages is being built near the cottages, where older children can continue their education. Parents can also send their children to schools and kindergartens in neighboring settlements, within a radius of 10-15 minutes by car from the house. These include the "Kolosok" kindergarten in Hlybokoye and the "Berizka" kindergarten in Petropavlivske, as well as primary and secondary schools in Hlybokoye and Revne. A general education school and the Zoloche International School, a school-kindergarten, are located 22-25 minutes by car from the cottages in Vyshenky.

A 15-minute walk from the PROCVIT VILLAGE cottage village is the "Sosnovy Hai" sports club, and fishing enthusiasts can spend time at the Upper dam fishing pier, a 9-minute drive away. Protsiv also houses the Butenko Equestrian Club, which operates a professional children's equestrian school.
