LCD КМ Relax Village In Kievskaya oblaste

Relax Village is an eco-friendly cottage village in the suburb of Kyiv, located between a lake and a forest. According to the project, the territory will have security and access control, and for additional safety of the residents, surveillance cameras will be installed. Around the lake for swimming and fishing, they plan to improve the park area with jogging paths. For children, a playground will be installed on the village territory, and a sports area is provided for adults and young athletes. There is also a special area for walking and training dogs.

The cottages are being built in the Hi-Tech style, characterized by minimalism, conciseness, clear straight lines, and restrained facade design. The typical layout of a two-story house includes a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a study, wardrobes, storage rooms, three bedrooms, and several bathrooms. Additionally, you will have two spacious terraces and a plot of land of 5-6 acres where you can arrange a barbecue area or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

The cottage village Relax Village is being built in the village of Syniak in the Kyiv region, on the border of Vyshhorod and Bucha districts. Thanks to this, there are two independent roads leading to the village: one through Vyshhorod along the Kyiv Sea and the other through Hostomel. By car to the edge of Kyiv - 20 minutes, to the city center - 40 minutes, to the nearest metro stations "Zhytomyrska" and "Heroiv Dnipra" - 40 and 35 minutes respectively.

The residents of the cottages have access to the infrastructure of the village of Syniak: grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, a tire service, a car service station, and a car wash. It takes a 15-minute walk to reach any of these facilities. Within a 10-minute drive from the village, there are large supermarkets where you can buy groceries for a longer period. If necessary, you can also go shopping and use services in neighboring towns and the capital.

Next to the cottages, there is the suburban complex Relax Villa with a restaurant, SPA, two outdoor pools, saunas, hot tubs, and mineral waters, which residents of the cottage village can visit on favorable terms. For enthusiasts of swimming and fishing, there is a well-kept lake practically near the house, as well as a forest for walks, cycling, and morning runs. A 15-minute drive from the Relax Village cottages are the Solomakhin Rancho equestrian club and the 12 Months Zoo, which will be interesting for both children and adults.

Within walking distance from the village, there is the Syniakiv Chemical-Technological Lyceum No. 15 for children, and a new kindergarten for 90 children is being built next to it.

In case of need for medical assistance, you can contact the Havrylivska hospital - a 6-minute drive, the hospital in Liutezhi - a 13-minute drive, or the Staropetrivska outpatient clinic, which is a 20-minute drive away.
