LCD КМ Relax Village In Kievskaya oblaste

Relax Village is an ecological cottage village in the suburbs of Kyiv, located between a lake and a forest. According to the project, the territory will have security and access control, and cameras will be installed for additional safety of the residents. Around the lake for swimming and fishing, a park area with jogging paths is planned to be landscaped. For children, a playground will be installed in the village, and a sports area is provided for adults and young athletes. There is also a special area for walking and training dogs.

The cottages are being built in a Hi-Tech style, characterized by minimalism, conciseness, clear straight lines, and a restrained facade design. The typical layout of a two-story house includes a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a study, dressing rooms, storage rooms, three bedrooms, and several bathrooms. Additionally, residents will have two spacious terraces and a plot of land of 5-6 acres, where a barbecue area or gardening can be arranged.

Infrastructure

The cottage village Relax Village is being built in the village of Syniak in the Kyiv region, on the border of Vyshhorod and Bucha districts. Two independent roads lead to the village: through Vyshhorod along the Kyiv Sea and through Hostomel. By car to the edge of Kyiv is 20 minutes, to the city center is 40 minutes, to the nearest metro stations "Zhytomyrska" and "Heroiv Dnipra" is 40 and 35 minutes respectively.

The residents of the cottages have access to the infrastructure of the village of Syniak: grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, a tire service, a car service station, and a car wash. It takes a 15-minute walk to any of these facilities. Within a 10-minute drive from the village, there are large supermarkets where you can buy groceries for a longer period. Additionally, if needed, residents can go shopping and use services in neighboring towns and the capital.

Next to the cottages is the suburban complex Relax Villa with a restaurant, SPA, two outdoor pools, saunas, tubs, and mineral waters, which residents of the cottage village can visit on preferential terms. For swimming and fishing enthusiasts, there is a lake practically near the house, as well as a forest for walks, cycling, and morning runs. A 15-minute drive from the Relax Village cottages are the Solomakhin Rancho equestrian club and the 12 Months zoo, which will be interesting for both children and adults.

Within walking distance from the village, there is the Syniakiv Chemical-Technological Lyceum No. 15 for children, and a new kindergarten for 90 children is being built nearby.

In case of medical assistance, residents can turn to the Havrylivska hospital - 6 minutes by car, to the hospital in Liutezh - 13 minutes by car, or to the Staropetrivska outpatient clinic, which is a 20-minute drive by car.
