LCD KM Relax Village In Kievskaya oblaste

Relax Village is an ecological cottage village in the suburbs of Kyiv, located between a lake and a forest. According to the project, the territory will have security and access control, and for additional safety of residents, surveillance cameras will be installed. Around the lake for swimming and fishing, they plan to improve the park area with jogging paths. For children, a playground will be installed on the village's territory, and a sports area is provided for adults and young athletes. Also, a special area for walking and training dogs is planned.

The cottages are being built in Hi-Tech style - characterized by minimalism, conciseness, clear straight lines, and restrained facade design. The typical layout of a two-story house includes a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a study, walk-in closets, storage rooms, three bedrooms, and several bathrooms. Also at your disposal will be two spacious terraces and a plot of land of 5-6 acres, where you can arrange a barbecue area or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

The cottage village Relax Village is being built in the village of Synyak, Kyiv region, on the border of Vyshgorod and Bucha districts. Thanks to this, there are two independent roads leading to the village: through Vyshgorod along the Kyiv Sea and through Hostomel. By car to the outskirts of Kyiv - 20 minutes, to the city center - 40 minutes, to the nearest metro stations "Zhytomyrska" and "Heroiv Dnipro" - 40 and 35 minutes respectively.

The residents of the cottages have at their disposal the infrastructure of the village of Synyak: grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, a tire service, a car service station, and a car wash. It takes a 15-minute walk to any of these facilities. Within a 10-minute drive from the village, there are large supermarkets where you can buy groceries for a longer period. Also, if necessary, you can go shopping and use services in neighboring towns and the capital.

Next to the cottages, there is the suburban complex Relax Villa with a restaurant, SPA, two outdoor pools, saunas, tubs, and mineral waters, which residents of the cottage village can visit on favorable terms. For swimming and fishing enthusiasts, there is a well-maintained lake practically near the house, as well as a forest for walks, bike rides, and morning runs. A 15-minute drive from the Relax Village cottages are the Solomakhin Rancho equestrian club and the 12 Months zoo, which will be interesting for both children and adults.

Within walking distance from the village, there is the Synyak Chemical-Technological Lyceum No.15, and next to it, a new kindergarten for 90 children is being built.

If necessary, medical assistance can be sought at the Havrylivska hospital - 6 minutes by car, at the hospital in Lyutezh - 13 minutes by car, or at the Staropetrivska outpatient clinic, which is a 20-minute drive away.
