Riviera Village is a club complex of buildings in a pine forest adjacent to the Dnipro Canal near the Kyiv Sea. The complex is located in the village of Lebedivka in the Vyshhorod district on a total area of 200 hectares, over 100 hectares of which are forest. The project is being implemented by the developer company "Riviera Estate."

Riviera Village is a stable and successful project that has been under construction and development for 15 years. During this time, the cottage complex has grown from 25 houses to 200 already built. Today, another 150 cottages are being implemented here, located in 8 districts of the complex.

The cottages are built using classic brick technology. These are modern functional and at the same time maximally aesthetic houses, the designs of which were developed individually with an emphasis on this unique natural location. Riviera Village is located in the village of Lebedivka in the Vyshhorod district. It is 20 km to Kyiv by car, 7 km of which is the road home with the sea on the horizon. Thanks to the unique microclimate, coniferous forests, and the proximity of the river, there is clean air and favorable ecology here.
