The project includes the construction of 20 cottages in three different variations: "European", "European 2", and "Scandinavia" - characterized by light decoration with minimal decor, large windows for good natural lighting, a small terrace, and open balconies. Each house has its own individual plot of land, fenced off from neighbors. In the yard, you can install a pool, a children's playground, set up a barbecue area, or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

The town's territory covers 1 hectare and is located on both sides of Berezova Street in Solomianskyi district. The main entrance to Kyiv-Zhuliany airport is a 18-minute drive away, and the road to the city center takes 40 minutes. The Vasilkivska metro station is 2.5 km from the house, a little further are the "Exhibition Center" and the "Hippodrome."

Several new residential complexes are being built near the "Schastya" cottage community, which significantly contributes to the development of the district's infrastructure. Here, stores, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, beauty salons, and sports clubs are opening.
