The project provides for the construction of 20 cottages in three different variants: "European", "European 2" and "Scandinavia" - they are characterized by light decoration with minimal decor, large windows for good natural lighting, the presence of a small terrace and open balconies. Each house has an individual land plot, fenced from neighbors by a fence. In the yard, you can install a swimming pool, a children's playground, arrange a barbecue area, or engage in gardening.

The area of the town is 1 hectare and is located on both sides of Berezova Solom'yanska Street.
