Sherwood is a closed-type cottage town in the middle of a pine forest, 15 minutes by car from Kyiv. Two-story houses in a hi-tech style attract with original facade design using natural wood and clinker tiles. The Sherwood cottage town is being built in the village of Bilohorodka. The new development is located almost equidistant from two major highways - E40 Kyiv - Chop and P04 Kyiv - Zvenyhorodka, which allows you to reach the "Zhytomyrska" metro station and the Great Kyiv Ring Road by car in 15 minutes.

If necessary, you can reach the capital by public transport: a 5-minute walk to bus stops No. 748 and No. 749, which take you to the "Sviatoshyn" and "Nyvky" metro stations.

The infrastructure of Bilohorodka meets the standards of modern life. Here you can find everything you need, from grocery stores to schools and children's development centers.

You can buy groceries within a 3-4 minute drive from the Sherwood cottage town at two "Fora" supermarkets, "Eco-Lavka" and Deli stores, as well as at the market, where a large selection of farm products, vegetables, and fruits is presented. A trip to the "Gurman" grocery store, "Zorianyi" mini-market, and the "Bilgorodtsentr" shopping center will take a few minutes longer. There are also cafes like Al dente, Corner IV/III, Grade Coffee Bar, restaurants like Gustoso and Flamingo, and the Tocasa confectionery in Bilohorodka.

For young children, the Bilohorodske kindergarten and "Zelensad Lisovyi" kindergarten are a 4-minute drive from the house. In 7-8 minutes, you can take your child to the "Babusin Dvorik" kindergarten and the private kindergarten "ZelenSad," and a 13-minute drive from the cottages will take you to the "Barvinok" children's center.

Older children can attend one of the schools in Bilohorodka. These are municipal schools No. 1 and No. 2, Astor School, Advance Green School, and ThinkGlobal. Each of them is a 4-7 minute drive away.

For workouts at the Grafit GYM fitness club - a 3-minute drive by car, and if necessary, you can seek medical help at the Bilohorodska clinic, which is a 14-minute walk from the cottages.

Living next to Sofiivska Borshchahivka and Vyshneve allows you to use the infrastructure of these settlements. A 12-minute drive from the cottages is the EURO park shopping mall in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, which houses shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and the Kids Land children's center. You can also visit the Cherry Moll shopping mall in Vyshneve, which is a 15-minute drive away.
