"Tereshchenski Lakes" is a new cottage town surrounded by forest and several lakes in the suburbs of the capital. The developer tried to preserve the natural greenery on the territory of the town, promising residents picturesque landscapes, peace, tranquility, and fresh air.
The project includes one- and two-storey cottages, duplexes, and townhouses of various types with their own land plots, which will be a great alternative to an apartment in a high-rise building with noisy neighbors. In front of each house, there is a parking area for cars, and in the inner courtyard, there is an open terrace and an outdoor pool.
Infrastructure
The cottage town "Tereshchenski Lakes" is being built in the village of Shpytky, Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi district, 7 minutes by car from the M06 Kyiv-Chop highway and 25 minutes from the "Zhytomyrska" metro station. If public transport is needed, a suburban minibus No. 750 runs through the village with the final stop near the "Nyvky" metro station.
Residents of the cottage town will have access to the infrastructure of the village of Shpytky and neighboring settlements, including the capital. Groceries can be purchased at several small grocery stores within a 15-minute walk from the house. Several supermarkets of large retail chains are located along the "Zhytomyrska" highway. For example, by car, it takes 9 minutes to get to the "Megamarket" hypermarket in Kapitanivka, 12 minutes to "Fora" in Horenychi, 13 minutes to "ATB-Market," "Fora," and the round-the-clock Vist grocery store in Myla, 15 minutes to the "Silpo" supermarket in Stoyanka.
In Shpytky, there is a general education school, a kindergarten "Svitlyachok," and the Shpytky Interdistrict Comprehensive School, which are a 5-minute drive away. Parents can also choose an educational institution in one of the neighboring settlements.
For sports enthusiasts, a 5-minute drive from the cottage town "Tereshchenski Lakes" is the Volotar gym, and a 9-minute drive away is the Babusin Sad sports complex in the village of Mriya. For those who enjoy horseback riding, there is the School Horse Club SP equestrian club in Horbovychi.
In case of medical assistance, residents can contact the Shpytky local hospital. There are also two branches of "Nova Poshta," a hair salon, several cafes, a pet store, and other services in Shpytky.
