About the project

The concept of the Yond.City cottage town can be summed up in one word: "happiness". Everything here is done so that residents can enjoy life. Kilometers of walking paths, a river within walking distance, developed infrastructure nearby, convenient connection to the capital, modern comfortable housing - this is what the town offers to its residents.

Yond.City is a comfortable, safe, and convenient town. It is closed to outsiders and guarded, with its own management company ensuring order. Children's and sports playgrounds are located on the common territory, paths and lighting are installed. All townhouses are connected to central sewerage and water supply, so residents can enjoy city conveniences. Each house is equipped with an electric boiler for creating a comfortable microclimate and managing energy resource costs.

The town offers a wide selection of townhouse layouts, so everyone can find housing that meets their needs. You can choose a duplex or townhouse, a house on one or two levels, ranging from 57 to 119 sq.m, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. There is even a studio option, perfect for singles or young couples. Infrastructure

Yond.City is located in the village of Hnidyn in the Boryspil district. It is less than 2 km to the outskirts of the capital (3 minutes by car), and 9-12 km or a 15-minute drive to the nearest metro stations ("Slavutych", "Osokorky", and "Pozniaky"). Public transport can also be used to reach the subway: a minibus stop No. 425, which goes directly to the "Slavutych" metro station, is located near the town (200 m, 2 minutes walk), with a travel time of about 45 minutes.

Basic infrastructure is available near Yond.City. Within a 6-minute walk (450 m) is the "Fora" supermarket, as well as a building materials store. The medical center Medico operates near the town (250 m, 4-minute walk). Most of Yond.City's neighbors are cottage towns, gardening communities, and recreation bases, where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, private educational institutions, and more.

Residents of Yond.City will find it convenient to take their children to schools and kindergartens in Kyiv - in Osokorky, which is a 10-15 minute drive away. There are many educational institutions to choose from, as well as supermarkets, entertainment centers, boutiques, beauty salons, and more.
