About the project

The concept of the Yond.City cottage town can be summed up in one word: "happiness." Everything here is done so that residents can enjoy life. Kilometers of walking paths, a river within walking distance, developed infrastructure nearby, convenient connection to the capital, modern comfortable housing - this is what the town offers to its residents.

Yond.City is a comfortable, safe, and convenient town. It is closed to outsiders and guarded, with its own management company overseeing order. On the common territory, there are playgrounds for children and sports, paths, and lighting. All townhouses are connected to central sewerage and water supply, so residents can enjoy the amenities of a city. Each house has an electric boiler installed so that everyone can create a comfortable microclimate in the house and manage energy resource costs.

The town offers a wide selection of townhouse layouts, so everyone can find housing that best suits their needs. You can choose a duplex or townhouse, a house on one or two levels, ranging from 57 to 119 sq.m, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. There is even a studio option, which is perfect for singles or a young couple. All layouts are carefully designed and ergonomic, with each townhouse having a terrace and backyard.

Infrastructure

Yond.City is located in the village of Hnidyn in the Boryspil district. It is less than 2 km (3 minutes by car) to the outskirts of the capital, and 9-12 km or 15 minutes by car to the nearest metro stations ("Slavutych", "Osokorky", and "Poznyaky"). You can also reach the capital's subway by public transport: near the town (200 m, 2 minutes walk) is a stop for minibus No. 425, which goes to the "Slavutych" metro station, with a travel time of about 45 minutes.

Near Yond.City, there is basic infrastructure. Within a 6-minute walk (450 m) is the "Fora" supermarket, as well as a building materials store. A medical center Medico operates near the town (250 m, 4 minutes walk). In general, most of Yond.City's neighbors are cottage towns, gardening communities, and recreation bases, where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, private educational institutions, etc.

Residents of Yond.City will find it more convenient to take their children to schools and kindergartens in Kyiv - in Osokorky, which is 10-15 minutes by car, with many educational institutions to suit any taste and budget. There are also supermarkets, hypermarkets, entertainment centers, boutiques, beauty salons, and more.
