"Zarichny Hаi" cottage complex is residential housing for permanent or temporary living in the suburbs of Kyiv. Ten two-story cottages with mansards and small open balconies are being built 15 minutes by car from the capital, in a green area near the forest and the Demidivka river. Each cottage has its own plot with a green lawn where children can play and adults can relax. The town is equipped with car driveways, pedestrian walkways paved with tiles.
